Questions

What is a revenue intelligence platform?

A category covering three overlapping jobs: capturing what was said, predicting the forecast, and ranking open pipeline. Most platforms do one well and the others adequately.

Clari or Gong?

Clari if the gap is forecast management. Gong if the gap is understanding what happens on calls. Many teams own both, usually without deciding to.

Will it fix our forecast?

Only if stages already mean the same thing to every rep. A platform applies method to your data; it does not improve the data.

Do you resell any of these?

No. Sapwood takes no vendor commissions and is not a partner of anyone named here.

Want to talk it through?

Leave an email and I will reply myself, usually the same day. No sequence, no newsletter, and no calendar link unless you ask for one.
