Sales engagement platforms, and the thing that decides reply rate.

Every platform here will send sequences. None of them fix a list nobody qualified.

No sequence, no newsletter. One reply from a person.

Got it. You will hear from hello@sapwood.io.

Where this ends up

Sending more is not the lever. Knowing who to send to is.

Questions

Which sales engagement platform should we use?

Outreach and Salesloft are the deepest. Apollo suits smaller teams who want data and sequencing together. HubSpot Sequences is enough for many mid market teams already on HubSpot.

Why are our reply rates falling?

Reply rates fell across the market as generated outreach converged. The variable that still moves is specificity, which comes from data quality rather than copy.

How do we stop damaging deliverability?

Enable automatic removal on bounce, verify addresses before send, and keep outbound on a separate domain from your transactional mail.

Who should own sequences?

One person, with a review cadence and shared suppression. Sequences nobody owns end up contradicting each other.

Want to talk it through?

Leave an email and I will reply myself, usually the same day. No sequence, no newsletter, and no calendar link unless you ask for one.

One reply from a person. Nothing else.

Got it. You will hear from hello@sapwood.io.

Would rather just book time? Here is the calendar.
