ABM platforms, and what has to be true before they work.

Account based marketing needs an account list everyone agrees on. Most teams do not have one.

No sequence, no newsletter. One reply from a person.

Got it. You will hear from hello@sapwood.io.

Questions

What has to be true before ABM works?

One agreed account list with a named owner, one record per company so engagement does not split across duplicates, and reporting that rolls up to account rather than lead.

Do we need an ABM platform?

Under about 200 target accounts, a list in the CRM and LinkedIn matched audiences is often enough. Platforms earn their place on orchestration at scale.

Why does sales ignore our ABM programme?

Because programme dashboards do not change behaviour. A named account with a reason, delivered on the day, does.

Do you resell any of these?

No. Sapwood takes no vendor commissions and is not a partner of anyone named here.

Want to talk it through?

Leave an email and I will reply myself, usually the same day. No sequence, no newsletter, and no calendar link unless you ask for one.
