Questions

How do I compare contact databases?

Run the same hundred target accounts through every trial and compare match rate on your own list. Published record counts describe the database, not your segment.

Why do our emails bounce?

Usually verification cadence. Ask how often addresses are re-verified and by what method, then verify again at send rather than at import.

Are mobile numbers reliable?

Accuracy varies by region, and providers sometimes return an international mobile for a US based person. Sample and call before trusting a field.

Do you resell any of these?

No. Sapwood takes no vendor commissions and is not a partner of anyone named here.

Want to talk it through?

Leave an email and I will reply myself, usually the same day. No sequence, no newsletter, and no calendar link unless you ask for one.
