Tool landscape

Reverse ETL, and when your warehouse should drive the CRM.

Useful when product data has to reach a rep. Overkill when the real problem is that nobody agreed what a qualified account is.

No sequence, no newsletter. One reply from a person.

Got it. You will hear from hello@sapwood.io.

Where this ends up

Getting product usage to a rep is the point. Ranking it is the next step.

Kaypo treats usage alongside replies, meetings and stage movement, so a quiet account with falling usage surfaces before the renewal.

Questions

What is reverse ETL?

Moving data out of a warehouse into operational tools like the CRM, so teams can act on it. The opposite direction to traditional ETL.

Do we need reverse ETL?

If product usage has to reach a rep and nothing else moves it, yes. If the real problem is that nobody agreed what qualified means, it moves the disagreement rather than solving it.

Census or Hightouch?

Both are mature and the choice usually comes down to destination coverage and price at your volume. Trial against the two or three syncs you actually need.

Do you resell any of these?

No. Sapwood takes no vendor commissions and is not a partner of anyone named here.

Want to talk it through?

Leave an email and I will reply myself, usually the same day. No sequence, no newsletter, and no calendar link unless you ask for one.

One reply from a person. Nothing else.
