Sales enablement tools, and why content goes unused.

Most enablement libraries are complete and unopened. The problem is retrieval, not coverage.

Questions

Why does nobody use our sales content?

Almost always retrieval rather than coverage. Content stored somewhere a rep has to remember to visit will not be used; content surfaced at the right stage will.

Do we need an enablement platform?

Above about twenty reps, or when you need usage data on which assets influence deals. Below that, a well owned drive plus CRM attachments usually wins.

How do we stop content going stale?

An expiry date on every asset and an owner who archives aggressively. Keeping everything is how a library becomes unusable.

Do you resell any of these?

No. Sapwood takes no vendor commissions and is not a partner of anyone named here.

Want to talk it through?

Leave an email and I will reply myself, usually the same day. No sequence, no newsletter, and no calendar link unless you ask for one.
