A full platform migration, a multi-entity Salesforce build, or anything requiring certified credentials for procurement. Use them for the build and keep somebody accountable for what happens afterwards.
| Route | Typical cost | What you are buying |
|---|---|---|
| Implementation partner | $15,000 to $50,000 a project | Scoped to go live |
| Sapwood retainer | $2,000 a month | Ongoing ownership, Kaypo included |
| Sapwood diagnostic | Free | Read-only, written report you keep |
Commonly $15,000 to $50,000 for a project, depending on scope and platform.

No. Sapwood is not a reseller and is paid by no vendor.
