No gated pricing and no call required to see a number. If you want to talk it through, the first one is free and takes thirty minutes.
Do not start changing settings. Work out what the system is supposed to do first, then rebuild in order: document how you actually sell, define what your lifecycle and pipeline stages mean, set required fields and ownership, audit existing properties and workflows, clean duplicate data, rebuild reporting on the agreed process, test with real deals, then document it. The goal is a system that reflects how your company sells, not a perfect HubSpot.

Published prices. The diagnostic is free. Retainer $2,000 a month for up to 15 hours a week, Kaypo included.
Not how the CRM says you sell. Sit with two reps and follow a real deal from first contact to signature.
Lifecycle stages and pipeline stages, each with an observable exit criterion. This is the decision everything else depends on.
What must be filled, by whom, at which point. Keep the list short enough that people comply.
Every property, workflow, automation, and integration. Most companies find contradictory workflows nobody remembers building.
Then add rules that block duplicates at creation, so the cleanup holds.
Now that stages mean something, the dashboards can be trusted.
Run live deals through the rebuilt process before rollout. Something always breaks here, and it is cheaper to find it now.
So it does not become a mess again the next time somebody leaves.
Want this done rather than described?
A full HubSpot foundation rebuild covering all eight steps is part of the retainer over three to four weeks. Everything is built in a sandbox first and you review before anything touches live data.
Every configuration decision is downstream of a process decision. Making them in the wrong order means redoing the work.
Dashboards built on undefined stages get abandoned within a month. Reporting is the last step, not the first.
If nothing blocks bad records at creation, you will be cleaning the same problem again next quarter.
Adding enrichment or an engagement layer on top of an unconfigured CRM multiplies the problem rather than solving it.

What a week of reading an existing system turns up, the order a rebuild has to happen in, and what has to hold as you grow.
Everything below is free and needs no call.
Three to four weeks for a full rebuild covering data, stages, workflows, and reporting. The audit itself takes about a week.
Agencies typically quote $10,000 to $25,000 for a scoped implementation, or $5,000 to $99 a month per month on retainer. Sapwood charges part of the retainer.
The first three steps, yes, and you should. Documenting your sales process and defining stages is work only you can do. The audit, data cleanup, and rebuild are where outside help pays for itself.
Then the sync is likely part of the problem. It cannot be diagnosed from one side, so both need to be looked at together.
Almost never. Rebuilding within the existing instance is usually faster and cheaper than a fresh portal, and you keep your history.
