Most CRM cleanup fails because it removes duplicates without changing the rules that create them. Real cleanup has two halves: fixing what exists, and blocking what would arrive tomorrow. That means deduplication rules at the point of creation, normalized fields, and automatic account association. Included in the $2,000 a month retainer.

What we fix

Duplicates, at the source

Matching rules across leads, contacts, and accounts, scheduled merges for the backlog, and creation blocks so the problem stops recurring.

Records with no account

Automatic account association with firmographics attached on arrival, so a lead is usable the moment it lands.

Missing and overwritten source

Original source captured and held through conversion instead of being lost at the handoff.

Enrichment that stays current

Daily enrichment on the fields that matter, rather than a one time import that decays from the day it lands.

Normalization

Consistent formatting on titles, regions, industries, and company names, so segmentation and routing actually work.

Included in the $2,000 a month retainer. Built in a sandbox first.

Questions

How much does CRM data cleanup cost?

Included in the $2,000 a month retainer.

How long does it take?

Usually one to two weeks for the cleanup itself, inside a three to four week foundation build.

Will the duplicates come back?

Not if the rules change. Cleanup without creation blocking is a treadmill, which is why we do both.

Do you use RingLead or similar tools?

Yes, where they already exist. If you have no deduplication tool we build rules natively rather than adding a license.

Can you clean data without changing anything else?

Yes, though it is usually poor value. Bad data is normally a symptom of a structural problem, and the free diagnostic will tell you which you have.

Let us look under the hood.

Read-only access to your systems, and a written report you keep either way.
