AI RevOps tools, and what each actually automates.

Almost every GTM tool now claims AI. These are the categories where it changes the work rather than the marketing.

Questions

Which AI RevOps tools are worth paying for?

Conversation intelligence has the clearest payback. Forecast prediction earns its place at volume. Most other AI features arrive bundled with a tier and are never configured.

How do I evaluate an AI feature during a trial?

Ask what it trained on and what it does when it is uncertain, then test it against your own closed deals rather than the demo dataset.

We upgraded a tier for AI. How do we know if it was worth it?

Check usage per feature over a quarter and whether anything downstream consumes the output. If nothing reads it, the upgrade bought you nothing.

Do two of our tools do the same job?

Very likely. Conversation intelligence, forecasting and engagement platforms have converged, and overlap is the most common finding when we read a stack.
