Questions

How much does a RevOps audit cost?

Anywhere from free to five figures. Free assessments are usually questionnaires. Paid audits in the low four figures typically include a written deliverable. Sapwood runs a free written diagnostic and you keep the report either way.

What should the deliverable be?

Findings ranked by what each costs a year, specific enough for any competent operator to act on. Not a maturity score and not a proposal.

How do I tell an audit from a sales call?

Ask what document arrives at the end and whether you keep it if you go elsewhere. If the answer is a proposal, it was a sales call.

How long does it take?

Most of the elapsed time is arranging read-only access, which is on your side. The reading itself is days rather than weeks.

Want to talk it through?

Leave an email and I will reply myself, usually the same day. No sequence, no newsletter, and no calendar link unless you ask for one.
